    • Bank Account Change Request Form
    • Bank Account Confirmation (Voided Business Check/Bank Letter)
    • Plaid Verification (Identification Verification)

ONLINE BANKS RULES


If a merchant submits a copy of a digitally voided check , this is acceptable under 2 conditions: 


1. The Merchant has successfully completed a Plaid Verification 

2. The Voided Check contains ALL of the Merchants Information 


P.S: Bank letters whether digital or physical still follow the guidelines of being signed with either a wet signature or a time stamped esignature
