After your merchant account has been closed for a period of time and no further chargebacks have been processed, a reserve release may be requested. Releases are made to open, valid business bank accounts in the business' name. The release is done through an electronic funds transfer to this business bank account.
To review requests for a Monthly volume increase, CMS requires a merchant to complete the Merchant Reserve Release form. The form must be signed by the original signer of the merchant application on the account.
