If a merchant is wanting to return their terminal, this scenario can go two ways 

1. If the terminal is functional: and they are insistent on wanting a new one, that would incur a $25 shipping fee + the cost of the terminal (prior to proceeding with this option, make sure you get to the root cause of why they want to return it, if a terminal is functional we always want to troubleshoot & solve the issue)

 2. If the terminal is non functional: The merchant can either have us dispose of the terminal or they can dispose of it themselves however they see fit. Preface that if they are wanting for us to dispose of it that would incur a fee of $25 for shipping + $50 disposal fee, only offer for us to dispose of the terminal if the merchant insists on returning the terminal
