If a merchant calls you in regards to updating their PCI compliance make note of the following: 


1. Check to see if they have an account with Security Metrics at Security Metrics Website , if not, refer them to their PCI Compliance Provider. 

2. Once you've confirmed they have an account with SM, have them send in their PCI certificate to support@nexiopay.com


Once you've received the PCI certificate, do the following: 


Click on Accounts → Input the MID in the "value" field → Click on the "Merchant ID"


 Click on Uploaded files → Click on Upload


P.S. Don't forget upload the PCI certificate on Cforce clicking on "Add attachment" :)
