To reset your password to the Nexio system please go to the following web address:
https://dashboard.nexiopay.com
This will bring you to the main login screen for the Nexio system. From here select the words "Forgot Password"
You will be brought to another page where it will ask you to enter your email address. The email address will need to be the same one associated with your account. Once your email address is entered select the "Send Reset Link" button. A confirmation page will appear informing you that an email has been sent to your email box.
The email will be coming from support@cmsonline.com and will contain a link that will take you back to the Nexio login page to enter a new password. If you do not see the email in your email inbox after a few minutes please check your junk or spam email box. This email will look similar to the image below.
Once your computer has followed the new link complete the information by filling out the same email address used previously along with the new password and confirming the password.
