To reset your password to the Complete Gateway please go to our Complete Merchant Solutions website address:

Select the Merchant Login tab at the top of the screen.

Select the "login" button under the Complete Gateway Icon.

Select the "Forgot Password" words below the username and password selections.

Input your username in the option provided and select the recaptcha box to continue.  An email containing an authorization code will be sent to the email address on file.  If you have already received your authorization code select the words "Click here to continue".

An email will be sent with instructions on how to reset your password.
