Nexio Virtual Terminal


Once you have logged in, you will be sent to the Nexio Merchant Dashboard. On the left, you will find the menu options to view different areas of your merchant account.  On the right is a graph of the total sales you have done within the past year.  Below the graph will be the transactions totals including the average ticket count and last 30 days of transaction count. Including the Sales within the last 30 days and return volumes for the last 30 days. 



To run a transaction, select the "Virtual Terminal" option in the left menu bar. This screen will display the information needed to run the transaction. A red asterick is next to the required field while additional information can be added to provide help  in find the transaction or associated it back to a customer latter on. 



Once the information have been completed, there is be a "Pay" button at the bottom which will confirm the total dollar amount of the sales transaction. Select the button to process the transaction.



A "decline" or "Sales Complete" confirmation will appear after the transaction has been completed. Additional confirmation can be done by selecting the "Transaction" tab in the menu on the left. Here, you will find the details of the transaction including the Order ID, Original Date of the transaction, Card Type, Card Holder Name, Dollar Amount, and several other details of the transaction.



Once the transaction has settled, it will be included in a batch, a compilation of transactions throughout the day.  The batch will then deposit to your bank account once the processing of the transactions have been completed.  The deposit Totals will be under the "Deposit Summaries" Tab in the left menu.  This will include the deposit total that is sent to your bank account. Additional information of the deposit can be seen be select the blue drop down.  Here you can see the total dollar amount of the closed batch, any fees or reserves that are deducted from the batch total.
