Steps to unpair an MP200 terminal:
- Open the Main menu by pressing and holding the down arrow until you hear the second beep
- Once in the main menu, press 1 for settings
- Find and select the unpair the device option (You may have to hit the down arrow to cycle through the options)
- Press the green OK option to confirm the unpairing.
Note*: You may need to unpair the payment plugin from the terminal as well by hitting the power icon next to the "Chip" button in your payment screen.
