Below are steps to change the inventory count. Make sure to add them even if we don't charge for them so the count is as accurate as possible!

First, you will go to the Sortly site https://app.sortly.com/login

Once logged in, you will select the "Items" tab and go to the terminal you are removing.

Once in you select the terminal with the correct bank, you will select the plus/minus icon (see highlighted screenshot below)

Once you select that, you will just need to add/remove the quantity you want, switch the reason dropdown to "Sold" and in the Transaction Note section, you will need to add the MID, merchant name, serial number of the terminal(s), tracking number,and the price for terminal and shipping.

Once you do that, you are all set! Make sure to add it to the JB55 list as well if we are charging for the terminal.
