To reset your password for your PCI Security Metrics login please go to the following web address:

https://www.securitymetrics.com/pcidss/cms

While at the Security Metrics Introductory page select either the "Log in" button in the top right hand corner or in the bottom right area of the website.

Once at the Log in screen select the words "Forgot Password" underneath the username and password requirements.

Enter your username in the provided area. Note, your username is established to be the same as your password if you have not adjusted it.  Once your username has been entered in select the "Send Email" button.

An email is then sent to the email address on file and will appear similar to the one below.  Select the "Update Password" button.

Complete the process by filling out the Password Reset form.
