Have the merchant log into the dashboard 

on the bottom left,

Click on Settings

Click on the User Management tab

Click on Add New User

Click on Account Role 

Choose type of Role

*Administrator Role is reserved for Manager type users*

Standard Role

View Only is self explanatory

API Role is reserved for the merchants Tech team

Click on the merchant desired

Last step is to Add.
