The Complete Gateway has the option for an Administrator User to create additional sub users.  This is done by logging into your Complete Gateway and selecting the "Settings" option in the menu to the left of the screen.  A new drop down will appear with one option as "Users", select this option.

While in the Users Dashboard select the "Add New User" button in the top right hand corner.

From here you will begin creating the new user account.  Enter the persons name, email and password.  

The "Start Page" drop down will allow you to choose what page the user will begin in once they have logged into the gateway. The default for this page is the Dashboard Panel.

For security, you can restrict what computers this new user can access their account from.  The "Allowed IP's" gives you the option to add the IP Address from the computer you would like this user to access their account from.  If you do not add a designated IP Address the user will be able to access the gateway through any available computer.

At the top of this window you will find the "General Settings" tab.  This will provide you, the administrator to determine what access you would like this new user to have.  Under the Master Account you can grant total access by selecting the "On" button to the right, or select the Console Permissions role with the drop down.

For security, it is required to update your password every 90 days.  The "Allow Password Change" will let the new user update their own password after that 90 day time period.

The External Software option allows users to include mobile payment terminals for IOS and Android.

Two Factor Security can be established on each user to allow an additional layer of security.  This may be placed at a low, Medium or High authentication levels.

The Console Permissions allows you to restrict access to certain parts of the gateway.  For example, if you do not want your accountant to have access to run transactions you would go to the transaction section and select the options New Order, Auth Only and Refund.  By selecting the Advance Permissions in the top right corner you can establish a more specific restricted access.

When completed select the "Save" button at the bottom right of the screen to save your username and password.  Inform the new user that their access has been created.
