- Open Chrome

- Click the three dots in the top right and go to "settings"

- In the search bar in the settings menu, type "Site Settings" and click on the option second from the bottom that is labeled "Site Settings"

- Click on the first option "Cookies and site data"

- Click the lowest "Add" button on the right (next to "Allow")

- Type in "plugin.slycepay.com"

EDIT: This has also been seen in Corebridge where, when trying to generate a pairing code, the browser spins and the pairing code never loads.
