Steps to Onboarding a Nexio Only Client

  • Get Legal Name, DBA Name, Contact name, Email, Phone number, Currencies, Processor, Legal and Physical address
  • Create ticket for Synthetic MID and attach the above info along with Nexio Agreement Pricing
  • Once done, contact client and ask for gateway credentials (ask support what credentials Nexio needs for their gateway and how the client can get them)
  • Send credentials to support
  • Once they have confirmed that the credentials are added to Nexio, you can update the client that they are good to start processing
